Since we finally got paint they were able paint some of their old Home Depot projects and make a clock!
We even had a picnic. Though they hardly ate anything poor kids. They still feel sick but finally felt good enough to get out for a bit.
The kids were asking me about the clock and how to tell what time it was, so I got our clock down and explained it to them. Then when I asked them if they wanted to make one of their own they were so excited! They both did a great job matching the numbers up, painting, building, and hanging their own clocks.
They love them, they kept going in their rooms to "check" their clocks and see what time it was.
They both came out screaming "it's brownie tea time!"
So that's what we did. We also got to play ballet school, bad guys vs. good guys, and monsters attack until their fevers came back and they didn't feel like doing anything.
May tomorrow bring more fun and no more fevers!

Here in Flagstaff, we throw ice cubes outside to make it snow! Just warning you it is a local myth.
I don't know how you have the energy to do all of that every single day but your kids are very lucky.
