Took Kailyn to the doctor again today because her fevers keep getting higher. Found out she has an ear infection, got a antibiotic and was told to keep an eye on her fevers after tomorrow to watch for pneumonia/bronchitis. Wyatt's still looks super peaked but no super high fevers. They both are to the point where they are sick but not laying around sick, the sick that they are aware of how horrible they feel and let you know it. You know what I'm saying? The screaming, grouchy, crying, I feel terrible but can only express anger type of sick feeling. I feel bad for them and I really, really just want them to get better and be HAPPY!
The kids were being super sad/sick/angry/grouchy and Kailyn was yelling at me telling me I was mean and she didn't love me because, I can't remember why I don't think she ever told me and so I was cleaning dishes and all these suds were right in front of me and I was trying to think of something to distract her with, so I screamed "SNOW FIGHT" and started throwing them around the apartment. She decided she loved me after all and they all came running in to play with their mean ole' Mom.
Then after some teary moments from this little girl I finally found something that sounded good on her poor little tummy. A tortilla. So I tossed it in the air like a pizza crust singing silly songs so by the time she caught it she was happy (for the time being).
And so was the pant-less baby Gus!
