Houston

Travis had a interview in Houston so we all came along. Actually, my dad drove all the way up and picked me and the kids up so we could spend Labor Day weekend with him. Then Travis came up for his interview. He was one out of the fifteen that got a face to face interview from the five hundred applicants for the nine positions. The interview went really well so now we just have to wait. My favorite part! While in Houston we got to visit with cousins and grandparents! And now we are back and today I was talking to my sister about how we have to be moved out in like two weeks and then I looked at the calender and we literally have to be out in two weeks from this Monday! So out the boxes come! I have no clue where we're moving to but the kids are so excited. Like extremely excited. Wyatt was practically jumping with joy when I got the boxes and tape out and confirmed his questions that yes, we were in fact moving. I guess that's what happens when you've been moving about every 6-9 months all of your little kid life!
Super hero Sunday dinner!
Duck/catfish/turtle feeding!
Gus sleeping through the duck/catfish/turtle feeding.
Notice all the older boys in Star Wars shirts?
I think maybe they like Star Wars, just a little bit, maybe?

Telling me to go get the rocket.
My kids bossiness starts at a young age.
Wyatt telling me how to catch a rocket.
After dinner we got out the rockets!

While we were at my Dad's Gus would like to literally disappear into thin air. Or so I thought.
He was right behind me in the bedroom and we were walking out (or so I thought) and BAM. He was gone, I couldn't find him so I started to kind of panic and wonder if he slipped right past me when I turned and some how escaped down the hallway to go downstairs. Until I started checking over by the wall where his crib was and something grabs my foot and growls at me!! The crazy little baby was HIDING under the crib! Quiet as can be, he didn't even make a peep when the kids and I were all screaming for him.
As you can tell Gus wasn't as enamored with having another attention grabber in the room (aka a cute baby) as Kailyn was.

Roxy in all her cuteness.
Gus getting his turn in the swing with help from Aunt Katie!

Kailyn so happy to be holding Baby Roxanne.
Grandpa Roger feeding Gus a York.
As you can tell by his face, he got caught.
