No more chips.
That's one of the harder things to do with out for the kids. They only got them on Friday's anyways. But they looked forward to those Friday Chippy Days! So when my sister sent me this recipe I was hesitant (to be honest it looked gross). But I tried it a couple weeks back and it was a big hit. So today I made some more with lunch, but I didn't make it fast enough and so they had to wait for it. But they ate it/liked it all the same.

Ash, are these fried or baked? I ask becuase we don't fry thanks to Grandpa Larry. He went on his no fried food diet when I was a kid.
I still haven't made these, I keep on forgetting to put them on the list! So glad you like them!
