While driving around looking for "For Rent" signs, in neighborhoods we would like to inhabit, we discovered a fun little park. Unfortunately by the time we were done looking around it was dinner time so I took the kids the next day first thing in the morning after Star Wars pancakes of course.
It was a fun park and it even had a jogging trail and a windmill! The kids think windmills are pretty neat, so naturally, I get excited about them too.
I thought this was a cool take on the jungle gym. After you climb to the top you can slide down the fireman pole. The kids didn't agree with me at all.
Wyatt was our leader for the exploring part of the day.
And discovered a mini cliff and water!
And steeeep stairs with no hand rail leading down to the water.
I opted not to since I had knots in my stomach just thinking about attempting it and someone sipping, just thinking about it NOW gives me knots in my stomach.
And we walked over a little wall (which was a heart attack all on its own) and found this little Gazebo.
It was quite the adventurous morning.
Thankful for:
My adventure seeking kids
And a car that runs.
