Not quite sure what they were building but it involved boxes, tape and a whole lot of toys being stuffed into small openings.
We had the car today (the first time in over a week) for a couple of hours so the kids and I did the most we could in the allotted time we were given before Travis needed it again for work. So we hit up the kid's workshop at Home Depot to build school bus pencil holders then headed over to Target to get Kailyn pink goggles and Wyatt a mask (promised to them by their ever so exhausted and wonderful daddy). Then (drumroll please) headed to Chick-fil-a for free kids meals! The Chick-fil-a up north gives every kid a free meal on Saturday during the summer. Kailyn didn't understand why she didn't have to dress up like a cow or have Grandma come to eat there. We had to bring it home because we were running low on time. Then Travis woke up and went to work again and the kids and I went, you guessed it, SWIMMING! (Sixth day in a row and no one has gotten sunburned, knock on wood)
