Building Saturday

We started off our morning with Lowe's Build and Grow workshop and built a bug box!
(Next, next week is going to be awesome! It is a school bus/box, where the top slides off and on the back is a chalk board and the kids and I are really excited. You can sign up here to participate at your local Lowe's)
After we finished our boxes, in record time, we raced WAAAy up north to the Disney Store for the "Build Perry the Platypus Inaction toy! It doesn't do anything!" (See cartoon below)
However, we arrived a little late, like five minutes, and they had TONS of kids there and all the kits were gone. So the only other option would to be to wait for two hours for the next/last session OR go home. They wanted to wait, sooooooooooooo we waited.

Their waiting faces!
They waited for over two hours!! (inside the Disney store)
They were AMAZING I couldn't believe they lasted that long. They were all soooo patient and just waited and waited. Though I do think being inside the Disney Store helped ;)
Her face after I told her we can't open it yet after she already opened it.
Perry the Platypus!
And when I told them that Papa Cars other name was Perry they thought that was just too funny!
On the way back to the car they saw all of these rides (which I didn't have any change for which was fine because they like pretending and Kailyn freaks out once it starts moving any how) But lucky for Wyatt he hopped in the blue race car and pushed a button and it started going! He thought that was pretty cool. (So did I, Kailyn looked from a safe distance)
Happy in her non-moving train.
We walked by the PINK store by VS which Kailyn thought she had died and gone to heaven. The girl loves pink and couldn't believe that their was a store with big pink letters and a pink dog and pink everywhere! So I got her one of their shopping bags they give you and she calls it her purse and loves it.
Augustus being a good brother and playing dollhouse.
Wyatt being an excellent brother and giving Augustus a much loved shoulder ride!
The kids and I had a fun day and they were so happy to bring home all their stuff they made to show daddy!

Perry being Grandpa Cars reminds me of when SarahBeth was 2 yrs old. She LOVED Arthur, the books, tv show and this really neat toy she had. Her face was priceless when she learned that daddy was Arthur.

Looks like you guys had a blast!

KK looks just like you when we wanted you to wait to open your birthday present. Her hair has grown so much since we were there. So, has Gus. Wyatt is always beautiful.
