Travis' 25th

The lopsided cupcake cake. I didn't have Trav's expertise skills on making it all even and perfect and I was carrying the baby and right after I finished making it I dropped it. So that's why the picture below is completely different. Travis saved the day by putting it back together and smearing the icing all over and dumping a ton of sprinkles on top. And Wyatt was there to reassure his crying mommy that "it's okay momma daddy will fix it, it's okay it's just cake". I think he made it look better.

Wyatt helping Travis open his presents.

Travis's 25th birthday was on Saturday. Now he's not big on birthdays so over the years I take it down a notch a little bit more because, well he just isn't into all of it. So the kids and I made signs and I made his "giant cupcake" cake he wanted and the kids got him a couple of movies. His brother Thanael came up with his girlfriend Katie and spent the day with us playing with the kids and visiting which the kids LOVED. (New people besides Mom to play with, so they were pretty excited!) So after a day of playing, pizza and cake he watched some of his new movies and turned 25! Thank you all for the gifts, cards, phone calls, emails and text messages!
