Saturday

Before the collapse.

He was soooo happy to be able to go in the fire truck! (So was Travis!)
This little girl kept making Wyatt pet the animal SHE wanted him to pet.
Kailyn loved all the animals, as usual.
ONLY picture of Amber in I! How did this happen?

My dad came into town on Saturday with his NEW CAR!!! It's an awesome car and we were all pretty excited about it! We played for awhile then we all headed down to Town Lake park and lucky for us they had Celebration of Families going on right next to the park at the Palmer Long Events center! Free games, prizes, music, blow up bouncy things, a real fire truck, ambulance, petting zoo! It was a lot of fun! So we spent a couple hours there and then when Wyatt went into the bouncy moon walk deal, all of the sudden I heard the motor die off so I immediately reached in and tried to grab Wyatt out. Just as I was yelling at Wyatt to hurry and get out the thing collapsed on all the kids and Wyatt was the youngest one in there. I couldn't reach him on top of all the big kids running out so I just started pulling on arms trying to reach Wyatt and I could see him under the half inflated pillar crying and screaming and I almost lost it and went into complete panic! Amber was on the side of it trying desperately to reach him too. We were both freaking out! I finally caught hold of his wrist and pulled him out and there was a sweet older boy who was still in there in a part that was still held up in the back corner trying to show Wyatt which way to scoot to, on his belly since he was pinned. It was HORRIBLE! He was okay, he didn't talk for awhile after I gave myself an instant migraine. Obviously it wasn't life threatening but of course I am a spaz. (And just rereading that made it seem way worse than it was but nonetheless) So after that ordeal we headed home for Italian beef. Dad had to go but we still got to keep Amber for one more night. So Amber and I hung out and talked and then went to bed early since we had to leave the house at 4:30 for her flight. (Next time I'm picking your flight Amber!) Thank you again for coming Amber we all had a fun time. Wyatt keeps your shoes on our shoe rack even though I keep putting them in a bag on the counter to take to the post office and every time I turn my back he hurries and opens it up and puts them back on there and tells me "you leave a'mer's shoes there, so she can wear them, maybe tomorrow?".  And Dad thanks again for coming up to see us we love seeing you! (Especially Wyatt!)

How scary! If that were me I'd be trying not to freak out. I;m glad he's okay. Do you think he'll ever want to jump on one of those again?

Glad that Dad came up and that you all had a good time!
