Best Kids EVER!

Gus is feeling so much better!

He's still a bit tired and wiped out but no fever and no coming out both ends (probably too much info) Wyatt and Kailyn have been such troopers! All of Monday and Tuesday, besides checking the mail and recycling on Tuesday afternoon after Gus was fever free for a bit, was spent in the apartment. They were so nice about it too. One day they spent the whole day in their jammies, and enjoyed not having to "get ready". They've played every toy they own and have gotten to watch a movie everyday (staying well under the daily 2 hour screen time limit, I promise). I'm so glad the Easter bunny brought them a new cartoon because who knew Gus would get so sick and I'd need a distraction for the older ones??

As soon as Kailyn but on her ballet outfit Gus came running to me with the other one and was trying to get his legs in it!

And cried when I took it off finally, hours later.

Me playing Elmo with one hand all day really made the kids day. Especially since we had to miss play group that day and I had been so preoccupied with Augustus. They are amazing kids!

Today was a beautiful day and we spent it outside.

Hooray!

We made a ton of bubbles, had a scavenger hunt, went for a walk, ran some races, had a picnic, did school time outside, read stories outside, counted cars and clouds and played!
