Growing up we used to Ding-Dong Ditch (drop off treats at the door, ring the door bell, and then run) it was always so much fun. Travis didn't get it and thought that the phrase "ding-dong ditch" was the funniest things he's ever heard. Lucky for me, my kids like to try new things. So we made some cookies and set off with some addresses to do some ditching. We all had so much fun, even Travis our nay sayer of the evening. Wyatt did one house and Kailyn helped with the next. We did a practice run at our house and they were pro's when it came time. You can hardly tell what the pictures are of but I just wanted something to document the fun of the night, lots of laughing and little running feet!

ding dong ditching is WAY fun. yeah for new things. :) from that pic they can run like lightning!
We call it "life lessons". We usually add a little quote to the stash like "Life Lesson #45 It is better to give than to recieve" "Life Lesson #78 Life is short and kids grow fast so sit down for once and have a blast!" For this life lesson you leave popcorn and a movie for a family you know who does a lot.
