This is a baby picture of me and then of course Henry.
Yes I know I have a HUGE baby head. Travis called it a baby megamind head.
But giant head aside, I think Henry looks a little like me... right??
So I am old. 27 to be exact.
My birthday was good started off with a Dr appointment. Every girls dream right? haha.
Taking the silver lining and glad I don't have cancer. Moving on.
When the boys picked me up from my super fun appointment they had balloons and flowers! Such nice gentlemen, and seriously some of the prettiest flowers ever. (Good Job Gus!)
Our day was pretty low key. Usually I take the kids out of school and we all go to the beach. Kailyn however, has been begging me for over 2 weeks now to please not do this...she doesn't share my love for the beach. So I didn't. Which left me with no plans which come to find out the kids don't do to well with. I make their birthday's big deals, which they very well should be, so they were sad when "we didn't do anything fun for your birthday mom!"
I had fun!
We played at home. Ran a few errands (we were out of toilet paper, kind of a must) Then after school we went to the park to play.
Through out the whole day I had people calling, texting and stopping by with goodies, and gifts. I've never had so many people remember my birthday! I felt so incredibly loved!
And after a week long of "what do you want for your birthday?" and "sorry I didn't get you anything" Travis pulled out the big guns! He printed the first three years of our blog!!! I cried like a baby! Then we spent the next 30 minutes taking turns looking through them! Ohh how I love my little family!!
After I fed the kids and had baths we hopped in the car and drove out to crosby so we could get crawfish to go. And totally unrelated but Gus and Henry have matching jammies now and when I went to put Henry in his carseat Gus was in there pretending to be Henry. It was pretty funny. Henry thought so too. Until he didn't. Then he screamed.
Thank you all for a wonderful birthday!!
