Chasing after the kids down the trail.
Jen was Kailyn's hiking buddy on our way back up the rocks and even carried Kay on her back!
Talk about super woman.
Gus after being startled awake during my lame attempt of climbing the rocks in boots.
(Didn't think that wardrobe choice through very well)
The falls were so dry!
But the kids had a lot of fun exploring and throwing rocks in puddles of water that they found.
Wyatt at the top with Andy, Madison, Charlotte and Gabe, they were hiking up to another cave and when finding out it was a drop cave the conversation went like this:
Andy: You have to drop down into it.
Kids: Okay, you're going to drop down in it.
Andy: No you are.
Kids: NOOOOooooooo!
Needless to say nobody went in the cave.
Kids having fun in the beach area finding shells and digging holes "with our hands like foxes!"
Overlooking the falls (see how dry it is down below!)
Aunt Lisa and Uncle Scott, the kids love them!
(Notice Kailyn being carried on Lisa shoulders, the little princess got toted around 3/4 of that hike!)
Enjoying some fresh fruit once they got back to camp!
Travis was sleeping (he works the night shift), so the kids and I headed over to Perdernales Falls where the Grover/Green camp out was going on. The kids and I had a blast on the hike, visiting with all the cousins, aunts, uncles and their grandparents and to top it all off they had pinatas stuffed with halloween goodies!
Here's just a little clip of all the fun that was going on.

It was so fun! I'm so glad that y'all came. And, boots or not, you had a baby in a sling on that hike, so YOU are superwoman.
