Macy's has Santa's Mailbox and every letter you drop off donates a dollar to the Make a Wish Foundation. They have the letters and pencils there you can fill out then drop them in the mailbox, so I urge everyone to get out and do it. We didn't know this so the kids and I made ours at home and brought them in and drove over to the mall to make sure Santa gets it in time for Christmas. Trav told me I was not allowed to take pictures in the mall so I couldn't bring my camera, which I was going to bring anyways and do it but forgot. Wyatt was soooooooo excited when he saw Santa's mailbox and dropped off his letter with such pride, I'm ashamed that I didn't have my camera it was so precious. Then when he noticed the supplies to write another letter he went straight to work giving in detail how magical Santa was and what he wanted for Christmas. Kailyn following in her big brothers footsteps did a little jig after she dropped off her letter in the big red mailbox. It was so fun to watch them both! And the icing on the cake was the free Santa pin and looking at all the beautifully decorated Christmas trees! I love Macy's!

thats cute that they had so much fun. i didnt know that stuff was up already. i will have to take the boys soon and do that, im running out of steam and its hard to even get to the grocery store.
That's so fun!! I used to work for Macy's in Utah and I don't know if it's your specific mall or what, but people last year ALWAYS brought in their kids to write letters for Santa...they were taking pictures like crazy. No one ever got in trouble. I saw the pictures being taken outside of Macy's too by a pond in the mall lobby. Maybe you should tell Wyatt he needs to write another one just to be sure Santa gets it, and this time take your camera! ;)
