Day Two: Lake Travis

Wyatt and I's tunnel/river equipped with a wall all the way around and down. We added a bunch of castles before we left, but forgot to take a picture.

So to make up for the pathetic attempt of a baseball game I researched the best park at Lake Travis to take kids to play and I scored! Pace Bend park at Mesquite Point was perfect! They had the sand, water, rocks and we still got to see boats and jet-skis. The kids loved it! Both of them, Wyatt even smiled for pictures and Kailyn got close to the water all by herself. And Travis loved it! That's a big deal, it's pretty hard to impress him. It was a perfect day. Until we got home and the sunburn kicked in. NOT on the kids thank goodness but my back is purple! And Travis, poor Travis, I didn't get is lower back good enough and it burned! Which is totally my fault but he did mention not to0 much sunblock because he wanted sun, guess that was just a little too much sun. ;)
