On a whim we decided to head downtown to the Natural Science Museum to see the Whales 3D movie. That was silly of us. It was raining and a weekend and apparently everyone else in the city of Houston had the same idea as us. Haha. So we decided to walk around...in the rain. It was a perfect day!!
We wandered around Hermann park then made our way over to the Zoo where we bought some ponchos and enjoyed the Zoo! Almost completely by ourselves!!

Wandering and found this cool twig house and then we went on to the Japanese gardens... no pictures of that because it was pouring to hard...didn't want to break my phone.
The seals were loving it, all the animals loved the rain to cool off except the chimpanzees. They were pretty pissed.
