I remember going to my Grandparent's house and playing in a fabric house (you know the ones that go over a card table?) with my sisters for hours! And I've seen the super cute ones people make and sell and would love to make one. But seeing as how that would cost money, and a table they could fit under I did an impromptu door house. Now it sucks, I know, but they loved it. I used an old sheet (white would have been better but I kept that old sheet incase they want to be a ghost this Halloween, I've got to be prepared) and it would have looked nicer, showed up better and would have been easier if I would have laid it down to cut and doodle. But instead I did it the more difficult and frustrating way, hanging in mid air. Why? Because I'm what the french call "les incompetents".

you are such a fun creative mom :O)
Hey Ash! We have a fabric house. I made it out of felt for my dining room table, not a card table. You should send a shout to family for old miss matched sheets. Then measure your dining table and sew the sheets to that size, I guess I should ask if you have a sewing machine? I know you sew I have seen the great blanket my dad has:)
